Craig Caffarello is known for his extensive real estate and property management knowledge, down-to-earth personality and exceptional negotiation skills. His broad real estate and property management experience, along with his strong work ethic and quick wit, have helped make him who he is today.
Craig began his career in real estate with Pulte Homes, one of the largest home building companies in the industry. He quickly acquired sales and management skills, as well as his knowledge and understanding of home construction. Craig was also instrumental in helping Pulte Homes win several JD Power & Associates awards.
In 2003, Craig earned his real estate license and began acquiring rental properties. In 2007, after nearly a decade with Pulte Homes, Craig took his experience, work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit to open his own real estate brokerage firm, Your Place Realty, Inc. Since then, Your Place Realty, Inc. has grown to an office with over 20 experienced agents and has expanded to include property management services.

Or, perhaps you’ll catch him around town enjoying time with his wife, Sarah, son, Connor, and two dogs, Minne and Dudley.
